The integration expands RoboSense's collaboration with NVIDIA across Jetson, DRIVE, Omniverse and now real-time sensor data connectivity for Physical AI.
PITTSBURGH, United States, September 28, 2026 — RoboSense (HKEX: 02498), a pioneering robotics platform company for Physical AI, today announced that its E2 and EM4 digital LiDAR products have integrated NVIDIA Holoscan Sensor Bridge (HSB), making RoboSense the first shipping LiDAR partner in the HSB ecosystem.
NVIDIA HSB is a sensor-over-Ethernet technology designed to simplify high-speed sensor streaming and integration with NVIDIA edge AI platforms through standard APIs and open-source software. With HSB integration, high-precision 3D point cloud data from RoboSense E2 and EM4 can be streamed over Ethernet into NVIDIA AI processing pipelines with low latency. On supported accelerated configurations, sensor data can also be written directly into GPU memory, reducing unnecessary data movement and CPU overhead for real-time sensor fusion, perception and inference.
Prototype units of HSB-enabled E2 and EM4 have also been delivered to NVIDIA for further integration and validation.
“As Physical AI moves into more complex real-world environments, system performance increasingly depends on how efficiently sensing and compute work together,” said Mark Qiu, CEO of RoboSense. “It is no longer only about how far or how accurately a sensor can see. High-quality perception data also needs to reach AI compute quickly and efficiently. Integrating E2 and EM4 with NVIDIA Holoscan Sensor Bridge gives developers a more streamlined path from high-precision 3D sensing to real-time AI processing.”
The integration builds on RoboSense’s continued development of digital LiDAR architecture. E2 combines a fully solid-state scanning architecture with RoboSense’s in-house digital sensing technology to deliver high-precision, ultra-wide-FOV 3D perception for applications including humanoid robots, quadruped robots, drones and spatial intelligence systems. EM4 uses RoboSense’s proprietary SPAD-SoC architecture, digital signal processing and real-time lossless data compression to deliver high-density, long-range 3D perception for advanced intelligent driving and autonomous driving systems. Together, these capabilities allow RoboSense to extend digitalization beyond sensing inside the LiDAR itself and into the data path connecting perception with external AI compute.
The HSB integration also builds on RoboSense's existing deployment base. The company serves more than 3,400 robotics customers worldwide, with LiDAR deployed across more than ten application categories including humanoid robotics, robotic lawn mowing, autonomous delivery and commercial cleaning. In the first half of 2026, RoboSense sold 282,600 LiDAR units for robotics applications, up 510.4% year over year.
